What happens if my credit card information is compromised?

We don’t store your card details; payments are processed securely via your bank’s payment gateway. Please report any suspected compromise to your card issuer immediately.

Can I pay in-store for an online purchase?

No, we do not currently offer in-store payment for online orders.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

What happens if an item is out of stock?

  • If out of stock when adding to your bag, you’ll be notified immediately.
  • If stock runs out before checkout, you must remove the item to proceed.
  • If it goes out of stock after order confirmation, we’ll try to source it; if not possible or delayed beyond 7 days, we’ll cancel the item and refund you.

Is there a limit on order quantity?

No, but large orders may be verified for security purposes.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled fully or partially before shipment. Loyalty points and gift vouchers can’t be cancelled once used. Use the “Track My Order” feature to check shipment status.

What are your returns and exchange policies?

We offer a 14-day refund and exchange window on most products. Some hygiene-sensitive items are excluded. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

Can I exchange a product if I change my mind about size or colour?

Yes, provided the item is unused and eligible under our Returns Policy.

How do I return an item?

    Returned items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

How will I get my refund?

Can I try shoes on at home?

Yes, but all returns must be in original, unworn condition. Shoes with creased uppers or scuffed soles may not qualify for a refund. Trying them on soft, indoor surfaces is recommended.

Items may ship separately if stock availability differs. Remaining items will arrive within 7 days or will be cancelled and refunded.
